Healthy living and eating has taken a key role in our lives recently. Rob and I started running so we have changed the way we cook and snack.
Nutritious fruits and veggies are tops on our list for easy snacking but there is a little obsession I have, popcorn. In fact popcorn is my mother’s favorite snack too; it often turns into her dinner on lazy no-desire-to-make-dinner nights. My kids inherited my love of popcorn too.
