Grilled chicken breast (marinated in herb flavored vinegar, lemon juice, Thyme, salt and pepper) baked sweet potatoes and sauted brussel sprouts
Monday
Leftover Spinach Lasagna, steamed grean beens with garlic and lemon juice
Tuesday
Sesame Ginger chicken stirfry with red pepper strips and Veggie fried rice
Wednesday
Pork Roast with garlic, sazon, onion, Rice and black beans
Thursday
Turkey Patties (think mini meatloaf) with stuffing and thyme and rosemary with Mashed potatoes and corn
Friday
Pizza
