As a parent I try my best to keep my family safe. This means eating healthy, getting exercise and plenty of sleep, and keeping them protected from outsiders. The outsider I’m talking about today is the SUN. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sun and it’s warmth and it’s power it brings to our earth but I don’t want my family harmed but it.
