1st Day Of School

Sorry this post is a few days late. Monday 8/31 was the first day of school for Shaun and Sabreena. Wooo Hooo, ok that was a little mean.
Shaun started 1st grade and Sabreena started 8th grade (almost in high school, not good for me, anxiety).I had a work function so I could not be home in the morning to see them off to school (I did meet them at the bus, well not Sabreena because I am sure she didn’t want her dad their while she was tring to talk to her friends. LOL) so Melinda took a few pictures of Shaun before they went to the bus stop.
So far so good. Sabreena likes her teachers and classes and Shaun said his teacher was really nice. The last two nights Shaun has had home work and we have had some meltdowns but I am hoping that is just because he is knocking the rust off and trying to get back into the swing of school. If not this is going to be a lllloooonnnngggg school year.
