So Christmas came and went and dam did it come as well as go fast. Christmas Eve we went to New Jersey to see my parents and grandparents. It was a great day and the kids were really excited to see them. It was a fun packed day and we left the house at about 8 a.m. and we didn’t get home until about 9:30 p.m. The kids slept in the car all the way home from NJ so needless to say they weren’t exactly tired once we got home and were up until about 11 p.m. Once the kids went to bed Melinda and did a few things to be ready for Christmas morning.
On Christmas morning we woke up and were trying to wait for Melinda’s parents to get to the house from Delaware. While we waited I set up Shaun’s new train set that he got from my grandparents and he loved it. After we realized that Melinda’s parents were running late we couldn’t hold off the kids anymore so we went downstairs and the present opening began. It was an awesome day and the kids loved all of their presents. Hope everyone had a great Christmas.
