The house is all ready for Halloween. We’ve watched all the movies in our DVD arsenal and a few old favorites on Netflix. The costumes are picked out. The pumpkins are carved. This weekend we’re co-hosting a neighborhood parade and party for the community. We’re working on games and activities and of course spooky treats to serve to everyone.

Sabreena and Shae spent lots of time putting these Halloween Candy Covered Pretzels together.  They scoured Pinterest for ideas and came up with Ghosts, Mummys, Monsters and Frankenstein.

Using candy wafers, chocolate, colored sugar, candy eyes and pretzel rods they made enough snacks for all the joining the party. We  have other goodies happening but these were done without my help or my input.Halloween Candy Pretzel Roads

  2. Sounds like a fun time! We had to put our Halloween plans this weekend on hold due to illnesses 🙁 Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing the first video in a new series featuring my 8 year old cooking.

  3. We decorate pretzel rods for Christmas, but I might have to start for Halloween. These are adorable!!

  4. Oh, I love this idea! It’s a great group activity, too.
