Late spring early summer Melinda and I went to Lowe’s and got two pepper plants (1 red, 1 yellow) and a grape tomato plant. We have gotten a few peppers from the plants so far and we have gotten a ton of tomatos but not one single tomato has been eaten. Actually they have been eaten just not by me or Melinda but by the little tomato monster we call Shaebe. Who would have thought that a 2 year old would LOVE tomatos sooo much. Shae will look from the sliding glass door inside the house and yell for tomatos. To me it is the weirdest thing because I have never seen a 2 year old go so nuts over tomatos. Melinda and I always joke that we bought Shae her own personal tomato plant since she is the only one who has eaten any. And not because we don’t want to eat any but because she won’t let anyone else eat any. LOL. Oh well at least they are good for her. Maybe next year we will buy Shae her own cucumber plant.
