Last winter Shaun and Rob went to their first Philadelphia Wings game. The Philadelphia Wings are part of the The National Lacrosse League, North America’s professional indoor lacrosse club. The game is fast paced, hard hitting; action packed but definitely family friendly.
The Philadelphia Wings are one of the original four franchises Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League. While they may not have been the most successful team in the beginning they have staked their claim on being the most winning by holding 6 titles, more than any other league.
Philadelphia is a sports loving city and they definitely share the love with the Philadelphia Wings. Their 2011 season was a rebuilding year but the 2012 season is expected to be BIG and we’ll be there to cheer them on at the opening Home game on January 14th.
