New Years Resolutions

I don’t usually make any but this year has been a rough one. Being a SAHM is awesome, I love and am so glad I could finally do it even if it was just for the last baby. But being a daycare provider is hard. I really feel like I don’t get to spend much quality time with my family and I defintely don’t do anything special for myself. So my resolutions cover all the different roles I play.

  1. Do more for me! regular haircuts, more scrapbooking, more crafting, pedicures, weekend naps, shopping for something useless but fun just because, anything else that makes me happy at that moment
  2. Get back on the healthy living routine. I’ve been so bad the last month, I’ve gained a few pounds, I feel tired, I’m unmotivated, I need to get back to wear I was over the summer with lots of fruit and veggies, yogurt, milk, healthier meals and exercise.
  3. Do more crafts with Daycare kids. They love it but I’m being lazy.
  4. Play more board games with MY kids and husband. Again just being lazy. We always have a good time once we start playing but its getting started that’s difficult. The TV has to go off, the laptop closed and the baby in bed.
  5. Be more affectionate with DH. He’d really appreciate this.
  6. Stop biting my nails!! Its so gross I know but I’ve been doing it for as long as I can remember.
  7. Blog more!
