I don’t usually make any but this year has been a rough one. Being a SAHM is awesome, I love and am so glad I could finally do it even if it was just for the last baby. But being a daycare provider is hard. I really feel like I don’t get to spend much quality time with my family and I defintely don’t do anything special for myself. So my resolutions cover all the different roles I play.
- Do more for me! regular haircuts, more scrapbooking, more crafting, pedicures, weekend naps, shopping for something useless but fun just because, anything else that makes me happy at that moment
- Get back on the healthy living routine. I’ve been so bad the last month, I’ve gained a few pounds, I feel tired, I’m unmotivated, I need to get back to wear I was over the summer with lots of fruit and veggies, yogurt, milk, healthier meals and exercise.
- Do more crafts with Daycare kids. They love it but I’m being lazy.
- Play more board games with MY kids and husband. Again just being lazy. We always have a good time once we start playing but its getting started that’s difficult. The TV has to go off, the laptop closed and the baby in bed.
- Be more affectionate with DH. He’d really appreciate this.
- Stop biting my nails!! Its so gross I know but I’ve been doing it for as long as I can remember.
- Blog more!
