Curtis Sliwa is joined by Guardian Angels outside Manhattan Federal Court after learning that John A. (Junior) Gotti would be released on bail. Last week, Gotti’s racketeering trial ended in a mistrial after the jury acquitted the mob scion of one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and deadlocked on the rest of the charges, including an allegation that he ordered a brutal attack on the Guardian Angels’ founder. Gotti is being released on $7 million bond but will remain under house arrest in his Long Island home.
