Lets Make a Difference in our Jammies

November 19th has been declared National Family Pajama Night! Honestly, every night is Family Pajama night in our house. We live in our jammies on weekends and most of the winter when it’s too cold to go outside. We play board games, video games, take naps and eventually eat dinner while never changing into regular clothes.

The Company Store wants to take this one step further. They want families all across the United States to pledge to plan a memorable evening together doing something that will provide laughter and memories to last a lifetime. Pledging to participate in National Family Pajama Night does more than brings your own family together. Once The Company Store reaches 20,000 pledges they will donate $20,000 worth of jammies to children in need through PajamaProgram.org.

Valentine’s Day Party-Munki Munki Pajamas Evaluation

Munki Munki jammies are the epitome of cute, comfortable and whimsical while still being functional. Sexy doesn’t have to be skimpy and lacy, romance can be had with sock monkeys and cupcakes. Made from funky prints and paying attention to the little details Munki Munki has something to please any man in your life.

The Munki Munki designer grew up spending summers in Vermont, surrounded by soft vintage cotton bedding and linens, and lots of sunshine. Almost ten years ago, she took a pair of her favorite sheets to a mill to create a cotton fabric that felt as though it had been washed and hung on a clothesline one hundred times. It’s the perfect fabric for pajamas, especially when you add some whimsical prints. They’ve expanded the line to include flannels, silk, cashmere and mesh fabrics resulting in pajamas you’ll never want to take off.

In honor of Rob’s love of cycling I choose Love Bikes Babydoll Shirred Top and Poplin Pants. The top is a soft t-shirt material with pink trim at the sleeves and a cute appliqué pocket big enough to hold my blackberry. The pants are bright yellow with a drawstring stretch waistband and super long legs. I like my jammie pants to come past my feet and drag on the floor or tuck under my feet, just a little quirk of mine. I do wish the top came in colors other than white. With an almost 7 year old boy in the house I can’t comfortably walk around braless in white.
