Every spring my family takes a trip to the Jersey Shore for the day. Just a day to play in the sand, stroll the boardwalk and have some treats before the summer crowd rolls in. Since we aren’t as close to the Jersey Shore this year I’ve found a phenomenal replacement for our fudge obsession, Rosa’s Fudge.
Handmade with real cream and butter and vanilla, Rosa’s Fudge stands against any of the beach places I’ve been to in Maryland, Jersey and Delaware. My favorites were Maple Walnut and Chocolate Walnut; both had delicious creamy textures and big chunks of walnuts. The others I really wanted to try but they had been snatched up by the rest of my family were Vanilla Cherry and Chocolate Coffee.
We had company over for dinner the weekend we received the fudge and served it along with our dessert, our guests raved about the unique flavors. Since we might not be headed to our annual spring destination I’ll just have to munch on the couple squares I hid in the freezer.
