Spa Quality Towels at Home | Giveaway WSRW Blog Party

Crisp and Clean, Big and Fluffy. No matter how you like your towels new ones are always a treat. The Turkish Towel Company has been in the towel making business for over 50 years. With all that experience they’ve become a leader in manufacturing and selling hotel quality towels and robes not only to hotels and spas but to the everyday consumer.

Turkish cotton is growing in popularity for its balance of softness and absorbency. The uniqueness of this fiber allows for a softer, fluffier feel the more it is used and laundered. Turkish cotton is premium cotton that has extra long fibers resulting in a stronger more durable towel. Your Turkish Towel Company towel will outlast your next bathroom makeover and possibly the one after that.

I prefer white towels. I like the crisp contrast again the deep red wall color and the ability to coordinate any shower curtain or décor. I received a Zenith Bath set for review and immediately set them up in my bathroom. Like I said, new towels are like a small indulgence.

These bath towels are ultra stylish, wonderfully deep, and plush. Thick closely woven double-loops make these hotel-quality bath towels sumptuously soft.
The Zenith Towel Collection is ultra absorbent with a great looking ribbed bottom border. Bring luxury hotel style into your home!

A LookWhatMomFound…and Dad too! reader is going to win a set of 2 Zenith Bath towels(white). Visit The Turkish Towel Company and tell me what other towel colors would match your home.

Do You See AC As A Luxury Or Necessity?

Our AC broken on Sunday afternoon so we have been without AC since then. It hasn’t even been a full two days but I have been complaining up a storm. I have been complaining about how hot it is in the house, how long it is taking the people to come out to fix it, etc. The last two days have been warm I would say high 80’s to low 90’s but not very humid and again it hasn’t been a full two days yet. Granted the house temperature fluctuates between 82 and 88 but still in the scheme of things it hasn’t been excessively hot and humid like it was last week.

Someone is suppose to come out today between 10am-2pm (still not at the house yet) and hopefully it will be fixed lord willing. It is crazy because AC is a luxury to most but people probably view it as a necessity (I know I do). I know for a fact that there are a lot of people who don’t have AC in the house and here I am complaining about it not working for two days.

This experience has made me appreciate the things that I do have luxuries or not.

Do you view AC as a luxury or a necessity and be honest.

2010 Ford Taurus Test Drive Opportunity

Last week we received the 2010 Ford Taurus SEL for review from Ford Motor Company to be Ford Bloggers. We are Ford lovers to begin with and in the past we owned a 2002 Ford Taurus but traded it in for a Ford Freestar minivan because we needed the space. We loved our Taurus but we also love our Ford minivan.
I was sad a few years ago when Ford announced they were no longer going to be producing the Taurus because I felt it was a great family car and it had a five star crash rating and to me that is the most important feature of any car. After a few years they came back with the redesigned Taurus and left me tell you they didn’t disappoint. When I can home the first day the car was delivered to my house I was wowed. It looked sharp with a very sleek and sporty look. The interior was totally redesigned with the driver in mind. When sitting in the driver’s seat I felt like I was in the cockpit of a airplane. All of the controls are within reach which makes for a very comfortable trip.

The Taurus I had for review had leather interior with duel front heated seats, cruise control, Microsoft Sync, Sirius Radio, rear backup camera and the list goes on and on. Check out my video below and our hashtag on Twitter #fordtestdrive for a firsthand look at the vehicle that we got to test drive for the week.

If you are in the market for a new vehicle that you will be excited to drive everyday check out Ford and give the Taurus a drive. You will be happy you did and you will never look back.

2010 Ford Taurus – Awesome Car!

Today the 2010 Blue Steel Ford Taurus we are reviewing was delivered to the house and let me tell you I was very excited.  As soon as I got home from work the first thing I wanted to do was take the car for a test drive but we needed to eat dinner first.  After dinner we hopped in the Taurus and headed to Cold Stone for some ice cream.

Today we are heading to Washington, D.C to attend the Smithsonian 44th annual Kite Festival and will get to really test drive the car.  We are really excited to see how it treats us on our trip but from I can see so far it should do just fine.

Ford’s are not new to us as we are already Ford lovers.  We own a 05 Freestar and have owned a Taurus in the past.  I would love to get rid of my 07 Chevy HHR and replace it with the Taurus I am driving right now.

We will be doing more posts about the car and our adventures we take in it.

Stay tuned.
