Snazzy Baby 3-in-1 Baby Carrier Recap

Snazzy Baby 3-in-1 baby carrier is the newest innovation in baby-wearing. More than just a carrier this particular item also works as a portable child seat in place of high chairs and a restraint for shopping carts. One key positive point is there is no need to remove your child from the harness to be able to switch function. It’s ‘click and go” system makes the transition smooth and comfortable for baby.

I’ve worn all 3 of our kids and have used all sorts of styles of carriers. The Snazzy Baby 3-in-1 baby carrier is unique, something I’ve never seen before. It’s made for children ages 4 months to 3 years old. I tested it out with Shae while she is under the recommended max weight. She thought it was hysterical to be facing out. She shook her body and kicked her legs and she wasn’t going anywhere unless she leaned too far forward, there was a good chance she was going to fall out. I believe this has a lot to do with her height. I know she is under the weight limit but her dangling legs got in the way of my own walking.

I like that the child sits off to the side rather right in front. This position gives mom and dad the ability to sit and push a cart or stroller or drink a cup of coffee without fear of hurting, bumping or spilling on babies’ head. I look forward to testing this out on my nieces very soon. They are almost at the right age where the head and neck control is needed for outward facing carriers. Something else that is a great feature for moms is the ability to breastfeed while never having to remove baby from carrier.

The “Click and Go” restraint system takes some getting used to but that goes with any new baby gear. The clips are color coded and the included instructional DVD shows you where to guide the straps and how it should wrap around yours and baby’s body. Valentine’s Day Party-Munki Munki Pajamas Evaluation

Made from funky prints and paying attention to the little details Munki Munki has something to please any man in your life.

The Munki Munki designer grew up spending summers in Vermont, surrounded by soft vintage cotton bedding and linens, and lots of sunshine. Almost ten years ago, she took a pair of her favorite sheets to a mill to create a cotton fabric that felt as though it had been washed and hung on a clothesline one hundred times. It’s the perfect fabric for pajamas, especially when you add some whimsical prints. With an almost 7 year old boy in the house I can’t comfortably walk around braless in white.

Valentine’s Day Party-Charm Factory Bracelet Examination

So by now you know how much I cherish and adore my family. Not just Rob and the kids but my parents, siblings, grandparents and extended family and friends too. I like to keep things around me that remind of them and my latest keepsake is my cuff charm bracelet from Charm Factory.

Valentine’s Day Party-Wilton Cupcake Theme

Cookies, cakes and candies Oh My! Who doesn’t love at least one of the things I mentioned? In our house we love cupcakes. There needs to be no special occasion or special visitors to have adorable cupcakes but what a great little surprise to give to someone you love.

I’ve become a better baker over the last couple years with the help of Wilton. Valentine’s Day Party-Lisa Leonard Jewelry

I chose my necklace from Lisa’s inspired line. This is where you’ll find pieces with meaning like a tag that says “I hold your heart in mine” or a formed skeleton key to give someone the key to your heart. Each piece is custom made and with space and time allowed Lisa is able to accommodate lots of different requests.

One of my other favorite pieces is the Open Circle Bracelet. Customized on both sides of the circle with the names or phrase of your choice on a sturdy sterling chain this is something that will catch eyes and the signature dangling pearl is a sweet feminine touch. Don’t be fooled by all the “pretty things”, Lisa also designs items for men. I’ve been trying to get a personalized keychain for Rob for many years but each time he balks. I don’t think he understands how powerful a feeling he would feel every time he looked at the personal inscription to Daddy. His birthday is coming up; maybe this is the year I do it anyway.

Juice Box Heroes – No Sugar Added CD Recap

The 80’s were a time when music was simple and easy and the artists are still remembered to this day. Just in case you forgot or are trying to block out the 80’s here are a few artists I remember vividly: George Michael, Rick Springfield, Twisted Sister and Cyndi Lauper. There is an awesome band called Juice Box Heroes that plays these 80’s artists with a kids twist.

Juice Box Heroes brothers Craig and Scott Coane both played in 80’s bands in college and after college they started their own 80’s band. After becoming dads Craig and Scott realized playing in bars until 2 a.m. and then having to wake up for that 5 a.m. bottle feeding wasn’t going to work and they realized something needed to change. When we received this CD for analyse Shaun and I were pretty excited because we love music and Shaun loves to listen to music every night at bedtime. What caught my eye was the catchy titles to old 80’s classics like “Puppy’s Fur” which is a parody of Rick Springfield’s Jessie’s Girl. No Sugar Added is filled with awesome songs that you and your kids will love listening to.


This CD is so good Shaun has listened to it every night at bed time since we received it and he is a pain when it comes to music so that is how I know it is good. Every night when I put Shaun to bed I ask him what CD he wants to listen to and he tells me “Dad, the same one I listen to every night, Juice Box Heroes”. This is my story and I’m stickin to it.
